I’m an accredited mindset and confidence coach, writer & action advocate. Dedicated to helping others live life on their own terms and to become the person they most want to be. I work with women to overcome anxiety, burnout and overwhelm — to heal, build self esteem, confidence and wellbeing.

My approach utilises a holistic and science-based system that creates sustainable shifts, so you can let go of limiting beliefs that hold you back, feel stronger and better prepared for the challenges, more mentally resilient, and receive emotional and practical support to help you thrive.

With over a decade spent as a successful lawyer, my shift into the world of personal performance coaching originates from my own struggles as a divorced high achiever matched with an innate desire to see other women succeed.

Today, it might seem as though I always had my life nailed down. Don’t be fooled, though: only a few years ago I was left devastated, when suddenly faced with the seemingly insurmountable task of navigating the sea of hurt and pain of divorce.

I didn’t realise it at first, but this particularly difficult period would ultimately prove itself a catalyst for dismantling the disempowering programming surrounding my identity and beliefs – a veil of insecurity that had been stealthy and subconsciously running in the background for much of my life.

Recovery after divorce left me floored when – overworked, stressed, and emotionally depleted – I literally ran into a brick wall while getting ready for the day ahead; ending up in A&E with a serious concussion. That’s when I woke up, smelt the coffee, and realised that there had to be more to life than just managing to get through the day, whilst feeling exhausted, overwhelmed and unfulfilled.

I became almost obsessed with learning about personal development, neuroscience, and psychology, and by doing so, I discovered the strategic philosophies and holistic techniques that, once implemented (in less than 3 months), took me from uncertainty and lack of fulfilment to healing, living with confidence, and ultimately thriving.

Ever since that difficult time, I’ve made it my personal and professional mission to take the transformative strategies, techniques and principles that transformed my own life, and use them to take other women from just enduring, to thriving and excited about the possibilities of life.

So, here I am: your mindset and confidence coach: passionate and enthusiastic about helping other accomplished women to heal from past trauma, overcome mindset blocks and be better prepared for the challenges following adversity; to heal, build self esteem, confidence and resilience to move forward and thrive.
